If tracking shows no delivery email Jamin Leather® at help@jaminleather.com to report status. Ten (10) days after anticipated delivery date we can replace your item(s) covered. Once tracking shows successful delivery we are no longer responsible except for condition.

If you don't get a response within 2 hours you may call 843-294-1222 (between 10am and 5pm) for us to respond. A resolution will be quickly determined at that time for replacement or return with labels provided.
