Insure that your item arrives without damage or gets lost in transit. The covered item is protected against damage upon receipt, and that it successfully reaches it's destination. Only available on domestic US deliveries. Insures each item up to $250 against loss or damage toward replacement or merchandise credit.

If tracking shows no delivery email Jamin Leather® at help@jaminleather.com to report status. Ten (10) days after anticipated delivery date we can replace your item(s) covered. Once tracking shows successful delivery we are no longer responsible except for condition.
If item is damaged in transit or damaged upon receipt please TEXT photos to 8623443444 (this phone will NOT be answered if you call). If you don't get a response within 2 hours you may call 843-294-1222 (between 10am and 5pm) for us to respond. A resolution will be quickly determined at that time for replacement or return with labels provided.
