Customer service was excellent. I purchased online and staff responded to my questions quickly via e-mail. I was concerned the length of the belt would be problematic, but was assured it wouldn’t be. I am a female 5’5” and 135 lbs. Fit is great. I’m sure this is gonna last a long time but when I need another fanny pack, I will definitely buy this one again!

Very nicely made leather pocketbook/backpack. Versatile in that it can be used as a shoulder bag, or unzip to split the strap and carry as a backpack. I love all the pockets to divide your belongings into their own specific places. I use one of the side pockets to put my phone, and it is easily accessible instead of having to dig through a regular pocketbook. Great leather -- very strong and should be extremely durable. LOVE this bag!!!
