LEATHER: Buffalo leather is soft and supple to the touch. The grain can vary from grainy to smooth. Some items have a variety of each, and is often preferred in distressed and vintage garments to give it more character. Occasionally you can see a three dot pattern to its hair follicles. There could be a minimal sign of natural scars, scratches, wrinkles, creases or bug bites in the hide. The natural character of each and every genuine leather skin is unique in its own way, and ready to break in.

STRENGTH RATING: 4-5 - Maximum strength ideal for riding protection (rating 1-5).

VINTAGE LEATHER: The character of the vintage finish is unique to each piece and will vary from the photos shown. No two are alike. The vintage process will enhance the grain as well as the scars, scratches and creases in the skin. Also, the natural character of genuine leather will affect how it reacts to colors, dyes and finishes. With that in mind, the vintage color tones can vary from the photo and from one production to another.

FIT: Leather club vests will commonly measure 2"-4" larger than the size you are ordering (measured flat from underarm to underarm x2) for proper fit. Commonly, club vests are intended to fit over a jacket or sweatshirt so you can keep your colors (patches) on the outside. See size chart for club vests only.
